How to order?

Simply pick then fill up the order form with your valid email and contact number at https://gnarly.clothing/  then go directly to the Check Out section. Check your inbox for the order summary with your order number and payment instructions.

What is an order number?

The order number serves as your reference number for your order.

Where can I check my order number?

You may look for the letter “G” followed by five digits. It is usually located at the subject of our email and at the upper part of your order summary.

What if I did not receive an order number?

You might not have finished the order process if you did not receive an order number in your mail. We suggest that you reorder again, easily at http://gnarly.clothing but If you have already paid for your order.

What does it mean when my order is confirmed? 

Your order has been processed and is being prepared for shipping out. You will be receiving further updates via email and sms for the order status.

What does it mean when my item is Out of Stock?

Your order has been confirmed but in rare cases, some products did not pass in the quality assurance phase. Make sure to coordinate with us via email so that we can sort this out for you.

I had a product in my cart, but it's no longer available. What should I do?

You may be unable to check out items because they are already sold out! But, you can check out our other stuff at http://gnarly.clothing/

What if I want to cancel my order?

You may email your request to orders@gnarly.clothing. However, please note that this is subject for approval and may only be approved if your order is still at the "PENDING" phase, and has not yet been processed.

Unfortunately, if the order has already been marked as "PROCESSED", we are unable to cancel it. This also means that the invoice is final and can no longer be modified.

I want to edit the items in my order. Is this possible?

All orders are final upon placement, we cannot modify the quantity and/or the item on your order.

I have multiple pending orders. Can I expect it to arrive on the same day?

To ensure that all of your items will be delivered properly, our team may need to split your confirmed orders into multiple packages with separate tracking IDs for each parcel.

Do you have other online selling platform/s?

Can I book a personal shopper to purchase in-store/same-day delivery?

Our Flagship store and SM North EDSA branch offer a Shop in-store with a Personal Shopper for your emergency shopping needs within Metro Manila and near locations! Message us to place your order now!

What are your store hours?

Our operating hours at Kapitolyo, Pasig are from 12:30 PM until 8:30 PM every day. On the other hand, our branch at SM North operates from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering extended hours for your convenience.

Where are you located?

Our Flagship store can be found at 4 United Street in Kapitolyo, Pasig City. You'll have no trouble locating us using Waze or Google Maps. Simply search for "Gnarly!" and you'll be on your way! Alternatively, you're welcome to visit us at SM North Edsa, specifically on the Upper Ground Floor of The Annex.

Payment

What are the mode of payments?

Gnarly! Online accepts G-Cash, BPI, MAYA, BillEase, and Credit or Debit cards powered by PayMongo.

You can also pay via cash on delivery! Take note: For security reasons, purchases over PHP5,000 or for more than 20 items are not permitted via Cash on Delivery. 

In-store, we only accept cash at the moment. 

What are the areas where Cash-on-Delivery is available?

We offer FREE cash on delivery/pick-up anywhere in the Philippines!

How do I pay via Cash-on-Delivery?

You will receive your Cash-on-Delivery invoice through email, which will have payment instructions and reminders. The assigned delivery personnel will contact you on/before delivery!

Can someone else pay and/or pick up my order/s on my behalf?

Yes, but authorized representatives must present a valid ID upon delivery or pick up of your order/s.

How do I pay via Credit or Debit card?

During Checkout, select the Credit or Debit card powered by PayMongo option. We accept locally issued credit or debit cards for payments. Please follow the instructions once you have been redirected to a new page where you need to type in your OTP to ensure the proper measures to keep your account details safe.

How do I pay via Paypal?

Existing PayPal users can click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button in the Checkout page. You will be redirected to a PayPal page where you need to log in to your PayPal account and confirm the amount. 

How do I pay via BankOnline Bank Transfer ?

During Checkout, select the BPI Online Bank Transfer powered by PayMongo option. You will be redirected to a BPI page (powered by PayMongo) where you need to log in to your account and confirm your payment.

How do I pay via GCash, and MAYA?

If you select any of these payment channels during Checkout, existing users will be redirected to the chosen payment channel page where you need to log in to your account and confirm the amount.After the transaction, please wait to be redirected back to our site to confirm that your order has been pushed through.

How do I pay via BillEase?

During Checkout, select the BillEase powered by PayMongo option. Existing BillEase users will be redirected to a BillEase page where you need to log in to your account and confirm the amount. You may choose the payment schedule you like best. An Order Acknowledgement email will be sent once our team confirms your payment.New BillEase users will be redirected to the BillEase website to create their accounts. You can contact BillEase customer service for support.

How does Cash on Delivery work?

COD orders are available for orders that do not exceed PHP5,000. 


Place orders at gnarly.clothing and upon check out you will be prompted to select the payment method. Choose Cash on Delivery (COD).

To avoid delays or delivery failure, please ensure you provided accurate and complete information (Name, Shipping address, and Contact number).

Please use this payment method only if you are certain that someone will be available to receive and pay for your order upon delivery.

This means payment will be made upon pick up at the desired LBC branch.

How does COP work?

Customers who wanted Cash on Pick Up transactions must indicate the LBC branch name in the shipping address upon checking out. Please be guided that LBC packages in COP transactions will only allow 5 days for the customer to pick up the parcel. Tracking details will be provided and the link where you can track your order. Make sure to present your tracking number alongside your valid I.D. to avoid any issue upon claiming.

The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only AFTER the payment is made.

Hey, it’s no problem! We love people askin’ questions. A working day is also called a business day. Basically, don’t consider Sundays and holidays a day. Business days are limited to Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PT. 

How do I count my Gnarly! delivery days?

You may start counting your delivery days once you have received an email notification that your order/s has been processed.

When will I receive my COD/COP order?

You can expect this to arrive within 8 to 10 working days! Basically, don’t consider Sundays and holidays a day. Business days are limited to Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PT.

What time will my order arrive?

Hate to break it to you but,  we are unable to provide an exact delivery time. This is due to many factors that could affect the time of delivery, such as traffic flow, weather conditions, and the volume of deliveries scheduled on that day.

Why is the delivery of my order delayed?

Due to the surge of orders comin' in and shipment issues on your vicinity, your order might be delayed. You may email us at orders@gnarly.clothing if you'd like to follow up on your order status.

What does it mean when my status is "Shipment is with a concern"?

While we strive to get our customers their products as quickly as possible, our courier sometimes encounters unforeseen circumstances in your vicinity.  We advise you to proceed with branch pick up.  Kindly send your nearest LBC branch on your location to orders@gnarly.clothing so that we can arrange your pick up location.

What does it mean when I have received an email that says my order is “Out of Delivery Zone”?

In rare cases, the courier may not be able to access your location upon delivery due to unforeseen circumstances in your vicinity. We advise you to proceed with branch pick up.  Kindly send your nearest LBC branch on your location to orders@gnarly.clothing so that we can arrange your pick up location.

What does it mean when my status is "Returned to Warehouse"?

While we strive to get our customers their products as quickly as possible, our courier sometimes encounters shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Make sure to coordinate with the assigned delivery personnel upon delivery. We can only redeliver your package for a maximum of 3 attempts.If you have missed all the delivery attempts, you order will be marked as “CANCELLED” by the courier but If a delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to other concerns and NOT because you were unavailable to receive your order, you may email us at orders@gnarly.clothing so that we can arrange your shipment hassle free.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the Philippines.

In the meantime, you may opt to have your order shipped to an address of a relative or friend that is part of our serviceable areas.

For orders outside Metro Manila; we've partnered up with the biggest logistics company in the Philippines: LBC Express to ship all your goods quickly and safely!

Returns

What is your return policy?

For in store purchase

Our return and exchange policy is temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 situation. But, if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you may ask for a replacement within 7 days after purchase! Make sure to bring your Official receipt and the tag must be intact to the item upon returning it in store. 

For online purchase 

All return intent must be filed within 7 days after receiving your order. Any concerns received after the 7 day period will not be accommodated.

How do I start the return process?

You may email your concern to orders@gnarly.clothing with the following information:

  • Order number (G followed by five digits)
  • Photo of the waybill receipt attached to the items’ pouch/parcel
  • Product name and size to be replaced
  • Photo/video of the product/s involved 
  • Brief description of the issue encountered

The team will be sending you feedback via email within 48 office hours.

Do you restock products that have been sold out?

We make sure that all your G! products are both exclusive and at its highest quality with the most affordable pricing.

I have received my order but the product’s color is not the same as advertised online. What should I do?

Keep in mind that the products displayed online could differ when viewed on your mobile screen as opposed to the actual items presented on the website. Moreover, color variations might arise due to differences in lighting and photography.

Why are some products available online but not in stores?

There are many products which are fast-moving and certain types of items are mainly sold online.

Are the prices online the same as in store?

Some products are on sale on our web store, while it is not on sale in the physical store. Take note that prices may vary.
